You’ll receive a weekly Monday Motivation email which contains your workout for the week - every single week! Our workouts are effective and efficient, never more than 30 minutes, offering a whole-body exercises that can be done with or without your baby, at home, and with minimal equipment! Our workouts are safe, effective and progressive, offering whole-body fitness that involves plenty of cardio, upper body, lower body, and core strength, with low impact options for those coming back after c-section or vaginal birth once their 6 week check is completed, and high impact options to keep you working hard and seeing RESULTS. The best part is, your little one will be gaining strength and enjoying the workouts right alongside you!

Hi! I'm Jenine Dilts-Bayman
I am the founder of Mums With Bubs Fitness and creator of the Ultimate Mama Lifestyle. As a new Mama, living across the world from my family, I felt the full effects of ante-natal and post-natal depression. My daughter was a very unsettled baby, and I struggled to connect with her. Meanwhile, the one thing that had kept me balanced prior to children - exercise - felt a million miles away. I had no one to watch her, and in other classes I attempted attending, she just cried and cried. One day, I decided to use my extensive knowledge in movement, and started exercising with her in my arms, in the baby carrier, and on the mat with me. And she loved it! Slowly but surely, I regained my strength, and she began to smile more, cry less, and sleep more too. It truly felt like a miracle! I launched Mums With Bubs Fitness when my daughter was 6 months old, and since that day, I’ve coached thousands of Mothers to regain their health while connecting with their babies.

So no matter where you’re located, you too can exercise with your baby, but without the stress of working around naps, weather, or sickness. A LITTLE ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE.
With 15 years in the fitness industry, I’ve worked with thousands of women. There is no greater feeling than helping someone to regain their strength, vitality and confidence, and the ripple effect is massive! I became a Personal Trainer & Fitness Consultant in 2002, back in my native Canada, and combined my passions as a Pre & Postnatal Specific Trainer in 2012, upon launching Mums With Bubs Fitness. I work closely with physiotherapists, nutritionists, and wellness advocates to ensure my clients are taken care of from all sides - which is what the Ultimate New Mama Lifestyle will bring to you!
