What equipment will I need to do the workouts?

Not much! Simply, a set of light hand weights, an exercise mat, & a resistance band will get you started.  For the full list, refer back to your Equipment Checklist.

What type of movements are used in the Ultimate New Mama Lifestyle exercise videos? 

All movements in the videos offer low to high impact options, moving between resistance training and cardio, so whether just returning to exercise after baby, or more advanced in your training, there will be an option offered to suit you! Based on HIIT (High Intensity Training Principles), your heart rate will rise and fall throughout your 30 minute session, allowing for an efficient, effective workout that will see results across your entire body!

We involve your little one as much, or as little, as they like. So you can have them 'play' alongside you throughout the session, or let them rest while you smash out a living room session - these workouts are perfect for home training with or without babies & children!

My pelvic floor is weak...will I be able to do the whole workout? 

YES.  The low impact movements shown in the videos are designed to be gentle on your pelvic floor, allowing for correct and progressive rehabilitation to occur.  Just make sure you take the low impact option, and always listen to your body! If anything feels uncomfortable, please give it a miss and see your Doctor or Women's Health Physiotherapist with your concerns.

I have abdominal separation...are the movements OK for me? 

YES. In the low impact program options, we avoid movements that cause large amounts of intra abdominal pressure, and rather focus on moves to see your deep abdominals returning together with movements that are functional & supportive. Make sure you take the low impact option, and always listen to your body! If anything feels uncomfortable, please give it a miss and see your Doctor or Women's Health Physiotherapist with your concerns.

How often will my nominated account be debited? 

Your account will be debited $19.99AUD every 4 weeks from the day you register for the Ultimate New Mama Lifestyle Program.

What if I need to cancel my membership? 

No problem! You can cancel your payments and cease your membership at any time. Unfortunately that means you'll immediately lose access to the site, and will be removed from the Online Community...but we understand that sometimes things change and life with young kids is never predictable.
